Position: Project Manager

Location: Newark, DE    

Duration: 12+ Month

Job Description:

* Manage projects from initiation through implementation.

* Ensure projects are successfully completed according to agreed to terms for scope, cost and schedule

* Contribute to and maintain best practices for project delivery

* Insure projects adhere to the organizations governance policies

* Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables

* Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.

* Manages project budget, status, issues, risk, and adjusts priorities as necessary

* Monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders

* Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services.

* Performs team assessments and evaluations.

* Minimum 5-10 years of IT Project Management as the PM of record

* Minimum of 3-5 years working on large and complex projects with a large number of stakeholders

* Minimum of 2-3 years of IT Project Management in a Data Warehouse or ODS environment working with Data Integration tools such as Informatica, Data Stage or Ab Initio

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, technology or related field.

* Excellent communications, including written, verbal and presentation skills

* proven experience in risk management

* proven experience in change management
