Job Description:
Participate as a key player in effective development, coordination and presentation of training programs for all employees worldwide. Support the identification and arrangement of suitable training solutions for employees. Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate end users on software material. Track success against program training deliverable metrics daily to identify gaps. Communicate gaps to management and coordinate delivery dates to fulfill gaps.
Identify compliance to policy issues within collaboration spaces. Communicate issues and requirements to rectify to end user and their management. Track issues to resolution and provide weekly metrics in chart format to leadership.
