MicroStrategy Business Intelligence/ Data Warehouse  Business Analyst

 for a 6 month+ contract role in

Brea California
 
Qualifications required the position
1.      5+ Years professional experience in business systems analysis
2.      3+ Years' experience in Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Warehouses
3.      Experience interpreting and writing Functional Requirements and Data Mapping documents
4.      Experience interacting with customers to gather requirements
5.      Excellent written and verbal communications skills
6.      Thorough knowledge of the MicroStrategy platform.  3+ Years experience is ideal
7.      Intermediate/advanced SQL skills in one or more relational databases
8.      Knowledge of various ETL and Data Integration processes
9.      Solid understanding dimensional Data Modeling (usage of Snowflake and Star schemas)
10.  Exposure to working with XML files to troubleshoot system integration issues is helpful
11.  Experience in collaborating with Development and QA teams
12.  Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
