Job Description :

1 ) Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) 
Location: Banjara hills,Hyderabad.
Compensation: Salary + Incentives.

JOB DESCRIPTION  for  BDM:

Looking for a BDM(Business Development Manager) 
Must have solid communication skills
Must have solid experience in making new clients  and Tier-1 vendors on a regular basis. 
Good Understanding of Various domains and technologies 
Must have Experience coordinating with the recruiting team for speedy submission of resumes to the clients.
Experience Managing a team of at least 4/5 recruiters 
Must have Experience training fresher's in the recruitment process

Should poses excellent knowledge in screening and scrutinizing profiles.
Must have Experience in Preparing Consolidated Report of the Team Members and sending across to the Management 
Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills. 

The responsibilities include but not limited to the following: 

Understanding client hiring needs / requirements 
Planning the recruitment process and develop new recruiting strategies in addressing client requirements 
Managing a team of Recruiters, segregating the requirements as per priority and the capabilities of the Team Members. 
Responsible and Accountable for the quality delivery and meeting all the requirements within the given SLA. 

2 ) Position : Sr.Technical Recruiter 

Location: Banjarahills , Hyderabad

Compensation : Salary + Incentives

Shifts: US Only (06:30PM - 03:30 AM)

Job Description:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of hiring C2C consultants.
• Must have strong understanding of US Tax and Visa terms.
• Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EAD's, Green Cards and H1B Consultants.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience in recruiting IT talent.
• Sound understanding of taking care of Bulk/Volume Hiring.
• Must have excellent hands on experience to work on job portals (Dice, TechFetch, Career Builder, monster etc.)
• Having Excellent Sourcing skills, Head Hunting, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, etc.
• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
• Must be willing to work individually and give 100% focus to positions.
• Guiding and developing recruitment vendors for in house requirements
