Mandatory Technical Skills 6+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll development experience
Desirable Technical Skills Knowledge and experience in mainframe/DB2 preferred
Responsibilities The Payroll IT Application Developer is responsible for supporting PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefits customers. Possess technical expertise required to analyze program/report logic to troubleshoot issues and support the business process. Translate business requirements into technical specifications suitable for implementation. Bring PeopleSoft experience and subject matter expertise to the table and effectively work with business and IT partners to steer solutions toward standard PS functionality where possible. Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed, having attention to detail, and the ability to capture, organize and analyze information.
