Job Title: BA/Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Description:

Responsibilities include the management of projects simultaneously as well as ad-hoc responsibilities. The individual must be able to play a hybrid PM/BA role on some projects. Experience with project planning activities including defining detailed project tasks, Conduct project administrative tasks, such as work plan administration, time and expense tracking, and project schedule maintenance. Interface with business owners to understand current processes, business issues and data challenges of client's organization. 

The perfect candidate will be able to work on their own and with a highly-complex team of stakeholders, focusing on operational processes and product management with a strong bias to action and continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities: 
• Engage with product delivery teams in Client to understand global roadmaps and planning requirements. 
• Work on operational tasks using World Server, tracking databases and bug defect monitoring 
• Regular status reporting on progress of projects and escalating blocking issues 
• Manage dashboards and data entry for change management 
• Manage partner relationships; set priorities and manage user requirements; project management of globalization and localization; identify and develop new opportunities to increase productivity and value from our processes and solutions. 
• Ability to learn quickly and take appropriate decisive action in response to urgent work requests. 
• Communicate strategies to appropriate stakeholders to obtain required support and coordination. 
• Strong team player with high aptitude, problem solving skills, written communication skills including design documentation. 
• Ability to provide requirements to a team of engineers to drive programmatic solutions. 

Requirements: 
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in International releases, Localization process flow, Globalization technologies and platforms. 
• High level of project management skills, especially in agile environments 
• Data management or business intelligence skills preferred 
• Previous experience and/or knowledge of developing solutions using agile methodologies. 
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-dimensional global process flows. 
• Managing operations end-to-end across product lifecycles 
• Experience in using tools such as World Server, TMs, and other localization tools, etc. is preferred. 
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management of localization and global releases required
