Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Duration: 12 months
Mandatory Skills:
Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Salesforce.com Architect/Consultant Certified – Service Cloud is preferred
• Functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and the force.com platform
• Custom development experience in Force.com(Apex, visualforce), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications
• Experience in designing/developing Web Services/Rest API to interface with other systems
• Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools
• Experience deploying web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS,FTP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery
Desired skills:
Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to arrive at the Salesforce.com Rollout Strategy, be it migration, transformation or consolidation.
• Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment to architect the optimal solution
• Design solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform leveraging design patterns (standards & solution specific)
• Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools
• Lead the development team in delivering the solution
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products
• Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
• Recommend best practices
Experience Required: 10+ years' experience in working on (develop/design/architect) CRM and/or Enterprise Class Solutions
