Required Experience and Skills

•             5+ years of experience in programming / system analysis

•             3 - 5 years of Java development

•             3 - 5 years of JavaScript/AJAX/browser/server communication development

•             2 - 4 year of Web Sphere

•             3 - 5 years of experience in writing SQL (Oracle and SQL Server)

•             Knowledge of relational database design, operating systems, networking concepts, and system integration

•             Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in team projects

•             Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives

•             Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability

•             Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions

•             Intermediate oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge

•             Intermediate investigative, analytical and problem solving skills

•             General business knowledge

•             Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Preferred

•             Experience working with Intellij IDE

•             Experience working with TFS

•             Experience working on Imaging Projects

•             Experience working with OpenText - Case 360 and Manager View

•             Experience working with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

•             Experience working with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)

•             Experience work with workflow development concepts (e.g. SharePoint)

•             Insurance Industry Knowledge
