We need another Lead Tester with:

·        84 months of experience planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies based on software specifications.

·        84 months of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities working directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts.

·        84 Months of experience using functional test tools.

·        60 months hands-on experience recording and scripting automated functional tests.

·        48 months direct hands-on experience as a Test / QA Lead working on large software development and data migration project(s). Experience must detail team leadership responsibilities.

·        36 Months of experience creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing.

·        24 months of experience scripting Performance and Stress tests using HP LoadRunner.

·        36 Months of experience in using HP Quality Center. 

·        36 Months experience using HP Quick Test Professional (QTP), Mercury, or HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) to automate manual functional test scripts.
