Job Description:

Title                             : Lead Java Developer
Location                      : Dallas, TX
Duration                      : 12+ Months
Mandatory Skill          : core java, jms, ems, spring

Must have Skills:

JAVA, Spring, XML/XSD, Web Services, JMS, SQL, MQ, TIBCO, Problem Solving, Able to debug, Able to co-ordinate with Client Testing teams and other development teams
Able to work with onsite and offshore teams; Able develop/code;
Build on the requirements, interface with client teams
Expereienced in Tools: Configuration Management - ClearCase, SVN
Build - MAVEN, ANT Builds
Delivery Process - Agile
Minimum experience - 6-7 years
Other skills -
-Good problem solving analytical skills, be able to explore different scenarios and able draw conclusions and drive the team
-Able to articulate and understand client requirements, communicate clearly to onsite and offshore teams and also present changes to clients and other teams
-Able to work in onsite/offshore team and participate in activities along with offshore
-Design & Develop components based on the requirements, perform review of the artifacts delivered by the team
-Good oral&written communication skills must
-Experience in airlines domain preferred
-Overall experience in IT (development/analyst) – min 6-7 years
-Willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
Ablity to work in onsite/offshore model a must; Must be able to co-ordinate with the offshore team and be able to deliver results
