•Day to day Remote operations support for Windows and Apple, end user devices at Tesla sites worldwide
•OS setup and deployment
•Software packaging & distribution: Design, testing and deployment of software packages
•End Point Security;
•Patch Management; Tool administration
•Basic trouble shooting and configuration
•Setting up mail box, Configure connectivity and security settings
•Troubleshoot issues of mail access and calendar sync
•Enable / disable corporate services on the mobile devices
