Phone interviews OK but must be able to move to Dallas for the project.
Details:
Areas of focus include:
a. Existing strategy for deployment of SN various modules and applications.
b. Strategy / roadmap for future initiatives.
c. Existing process/governance for deploying changes within Service Now.
d. Quality Assurance Process.
e. Integration management processes.
f. Technical review and risk mitigation processes.
Ideally they would be located in Dallas, TX they will be required to be onsite every other week so the closer they are to this the better. This is a full time contract that is currently contracted through February 2015. They must know the Service Now application very well, they don’t have to be a developer but if they have those skills that would be beneficial. Must have strong leadership skills, great communicator, ITIL certified, strong in the areas of IT Service Management Consulting, ServiceNow Consulting, ITIL Process Consulting, IT Management, IT Program/Project Management, IT Business System Analyst experience.
