Job Description:

Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

• Installs maintains configures and secures server hardware and operating system software.
• Support services like file and print server clustering security services server virtualization systems monitoring DNS WINS DHCP etc This includes accountability for the integrity of the systems infrastructure environment all activities related to production systems management and problem resolution.
• Respond to cell phone pager calls in a lead support role.
  Ability to maintain composure while working under pressure during major emergencies and outages.
• Engage with other support teams to ensure full service restoration Must demonstrate the ability to interact effectively and professionally with development teams other infrastructure support teams and external vendors and must have good written and oral communications skills.
• Good knowledge on Active Directory.
