Role: Systems Administrator
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Length: 6 Months +
Mode of hire: Contract

Must have:
Experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server Operating Systems
Experience with Microsoft systems including:
o Active Directory
o Exchange
Knowledge of daily Windows server administration, including:
o System stability
o Integrity
o Troubleshooting
Proficiency in upgrading of software and hardware
3+ years' experience of Systems Administration in environments with at least 50 Windows Servers
Ability to configure, install and support new servers
Knowledge of the relevant computer systems, applications and equipment to provide customer support of technical terminology, concepts and applications
Knowledge of network protocols including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
Proficiency in upgrading various software and hardware platforms
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish goals, objectives, and work plans
Ability to organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations
Experience with advanced Microsoft Office suite applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently or with limited direction
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field
Nice to haves:
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance industry
Knowledge and understanding of ITIL
Current certification in appropriate vertical
