Should have led teams technically to deliver projects.A very good JEE knowledge with at least 5-7 years of experience.
Should have good experience with Spring, Struts, JMS, Java Web Services, RSS, JSON, REST.
Good communication skills and should have worked on projects which went to live production successfully.
Java Application Development experiences - Java, Spring, XML, JSP,HTML, JavaScript ,Oracle, SQL Server , Agile
