Qualifications
• 5+ years 'experience in various phases of testing, designing, and developing complex enterprise applications.
• 2+ years 'experience working in an Agile SDLC
• 3 or more years of commercial software testing experience of web or desktop applications.
• Ability to influence and drive quality across disciplines.
• Strong object oriented programming, debugging skills with C#, C/C++, and/or Java.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Proven capability in test methodology, automation, and test processes.
• Great problem solving skills, passion for quality and technical skills.
• Strong technical background in testing and designing automation framework in services. Ability to identify areas for improvement and drive test initiatives including development of test harnesses and tools.
• Passion for quality of engineering process, ability to quickly understand and adopt new technology.
• Aggressive, willing to take risks.
• Test automation skills with T-SQL for SQL Server or SQL MySQL or PSQL Oracle.
• Excellent knowledge of Web Services, XML, SQL and .NET technology.
