Role: SFDC Functional Business Analyst (CPQ)

Role Overview:
This is a Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud initiative, integration with CPQ. The SFDC Business Analyst will be involved in requirements gathering and setting up the SFDC business processes and high level configuration.
Requirements:
· Experience with a SFDC based CPQ solution, either Pro's or Apttus.
· Customize Salesforce objects, workflows and validation rules.
· Web service integration experience.
· Telephony integration experience (agent console, queuing).
· Experience with Reporting & dashboard, Data loader, Visualforce and Apex skills needed.
· Must have strong BA and functional skills.
· Bachelor's degree in computer science.
