    Hands on experience working on Siebel configuration.

    Siebel Configuration, e-scripting, Workflow Ability to understand Business issues / Business goals related to CRM Siebel Comprehensive 

       knowledge of Siebel functionalities includes Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, etc.

    Must have Siebel 8.1.x hands on experience.

    Analysis Problem Solving - Investigates issues and conducts root cause analysis and comes up with various options to solve the problem.

    Creativity - Brings fresh insights to the team.

    Encourages the team to generate newer approaches.

    Problem identification, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and advanced troubleshooting.

    Provide high-quality, technical documentation for customers.

    Work directly with customers to provide technical expertise with Siebel applications and other technologies.

    Provide technical expertise in Siebel and relevant technologies and continually expand in technical knowledge by working with customers.

    Provide rapid response and resolution for critical technical issues.

    Set up Developers access to Siebel Tools, coordinate check-in and check-out activities of Siebel Projects on Development Server and support Siebel development activities.

    Develops eScript and Java Script, designs/configures integration objects, business services, workflows and VBCs, EBC's, configure CTI Integration.

    Assist with design and prototyping of Siebel applications and with testing and bug fixing.

    Assist and provide guidance to Systems Admin during installation and configurations of Siebel Servers.

    Troubleshoot and research issues as they come up during Siebel SDLC.

    Assist technical team and work closely with Oracle Support/Expert Services.

    Expert level of understanding and experience in Siebel technologies.

    Knowledge (Preferable) in supporting Rockwell Switch for Siebel CTI integration.
