Title:             PeopleSoft - Lead Consultant
Location:     Madison, WI
Duration:    6 months +
Responsibilities:
The consultant needed will be doing a Peopletools Upgrade from 8.4.7 to 8.5.2 as well as a database upgrade from 9i to 11g. Candidate has to have experience with Peoplesoft App Designer and have strong skills on Peoplesoft EPM Module.
• Work as an individual contributor or team lead for transformational projects in an ERP environment.
• Work directly with clients at team and project management levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions
• Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project's lifecycle
Requirements
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required
A minimum of 10 years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience 
At least 6 years of hands-on systems configuration experience within Peoplesoft
•    Deep experience on AP, Asset Management (AM), Project Costing , Performance Evaluation (PE) – MUST have any 2 of these areas
Successful completion of at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementations of Peoplesoft
Strong skills on Peoplesoft EPM Module is a MUST
Big 5 experience – Contract or perm experience 
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
