Job Description:
8+ Years of Oracle EBS R12 experience in GRC Modules ( Application Access Controls Governor (AACG), Transaction Controls Governor (TCG) and Configuration Controls Governor (CCG), Preventive Control Governor (PCG) ) - specializes in Oracle solutions utilizing expertise in requirements definition, business analysis, design, systems integration, and implementation.
Remediation of Segregation of Duties (SOD) violations and enforcement of SOX compliance issues
Defined Oracle GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) polices and identified key issues
Led the full end-to-end delivery of functional Oracle GRC solutions in highly complex environments
Interfaced with audit team in designing mitigating control to cover all identified SOD violation to keep the system SOD free and SOD conflicts mitigated
Recommended remedial actions for SOD deficiencies identified and implemented advance mitigating control using TCG, CCG or PCG
Developed graphical simulations to look into access points, detect SOD violations, and evaluate treatment options.
Tracked financial compliance activities, completed audit trails, data consolidation and visually rich reporting while ensuring transparency.
Actively worked with various business processes and modules including: Order-to Cash, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable etc.
Understand business requirement, solution design and interfaces
Developed functional and technical specifications as well as test plans and test scenarios using AIM methodology.
Experience in the preparation of Functional Design and Technical Design documents
