Position: IBM BPM / ODM Consultant

Location: Tampa, Florida / Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description: 

7 + years of experience as Technical Lead/Architect in IBM ODM with Strong knowledge on Design, Architecture, Development/Build, test strategy and solutions, Guide complex deployment solutions & framework and creates

the blue print for large deployment solutions, Change management, Project Tracking, Control & Report, Strategy & Road Map Definition(Technical & Domain)

Other Skills:

·        Provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects

·        Provide technology consultation

·        Assist in defining scope and sizing of work

·        Implement the solutions

·        Create technology differentiation and Leverage partner technologies

·        Participate in competency development WITH the objective of ensuring best-fit and high quality technical solutions and creating thought leadership WITHIN  the area of technology specialization and in Compliance with guidelines

·        Business Planning -  Performs the competitive analysis of products and technologies under guidance IN ORDER TO provide input on the service offering and input on suitable customers for pursuits.

·        Project Scoping - Organize, document and review work items scope from a technical view point and approach IN ORDER TO ensure completeness and consistency in scoping of project.

·        Estimation Review and validates estimates for  project  and guides estimation for complex projects IN ORDER TO ensure correct sizing of the work.

·        Provide inputs / insight into complexity of architectural requirements Reviews work breakdown structure & resources - task/activity planning, sets milestones and deliverables IN ORDER TO ensure correctness and optimal scheduling of the project.

·        Quality Planning - Reviews and validates the target metrics of a project from technology perspective like tools usage, re-usable frameworks and feasibility IN ORDER TO  assist in achieving the quality target

·        Risk Planning Review, Project Plan review.

·        Diagnostic /Discovery/As Is Assessment (Applicable for Technical Consulting engagements)

·        Solution Evaluation and Recommendation (Applicable for Technical Consulting engagements)

·        Product/ Solution Development
