Description

·         Premier client in Cleveland, OH for a lead-level programmer to help with their Team Foundation Server (TFS)  migration project. 

·         Working knowledge of C#/.NET as well as experience developing with and for Team Foundation Server (TFS) is required. 

·         This project will serve as a vehicle to migrate client's distributed source-code repository from TFS 2008 and 2010 to TFS 2012. 

·         In addition to the migration, the project will also re-organize and separate the non-operational code footprint to better enable future analysis of quality. 

Responsibilities

·         Make updates to the build and elevate scripts to point to the new TFS collection and project path. 

·         Will need to utilize an in-house scripting language called ProScript which has similar characteristics as C#.Net. 

·         Synchronize code between TFS 2008 and TFS 2012 repositories as we are rolling out the TFS 2012 upgrade and within TFS 2012 for the re-organization. 

·         Coordinate the changes with the application SMEs, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. 

Skills Required 

·         Working knowledge of C#/.NET, experience developing with and for TFS is required. 

·         Strong understanding of and experience with code branching, synchronization, and management are required.
