·               Skills should include: Compatibility testing, Confirmance Testing, Black Box Testing, Accessability Testing

·               QA analyst that has background in retail E-Commerce (specifically testing of customer facing web store)

·               Experience with manual test tools and/or software a plus

·               Experience with creating project Test Strategies and Test Plans

·               Must possess interpersonal and communication skills to interact with management, business partners and application developers

·               Must possess strong time-management, analytical, problem-solving

·               Must be a self-starter and able to work independently

·               Ability to effectively communicate to management risks, issues, alternatives, and recommendation
