Job Title:  Sales and Compensation Analyst

 

Location:  san francisco  

Duration: 1 year



Position Description:

The Incentive Compensation Analyst will be responsible forproviding key operational support for WW Sales Incentivesprogram. Primary responsibilities will be focused on delivery ofquality and accurate compensation information to Global SalesCompensation Administration for incentive compensationpayouts, development and distribution of incentive plandocuments for all incentive eligible personnel, and overallupdating and management of all incentive compensationinformation for all individuals on a variable incentivecompensation plan.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage the day-to-day administration of the plan distribution application and process to ensure accurate distribution andtimely acceptance of plan documents and troubleshooting userissues.

·         Verify information from Human Resources data files is accurateand complete and using the information to develop appropriateincentive plan documents for all new, transfer, and promotedindividuals, and work with Human Resources to correctinaccurate data.

·          Monthly audits to ensure accurate commission rates,compensation plan acceptance, employee terminations, etc.

·         Reporting for the Plan Operations Team to ensure that therequired compensation data is provided in a timely basis for theadministration of incentive payouts.

·          Assist with go-for-growth / new fiscal year process.

·         Assist in user acceptance test of Plan Operations EnablementTool.

·          Work closely with Incentive Operations team to triage andanswer questions regarding incentive plan issues/problems.

Experience/Skills Required:

·         Bachelor's degree

·         Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills;process oriented.

·         Highly skilled in Excel.

·         Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs.

·         Ability to communicate effectively across various functionalgroups.

·          Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, perform wellunder pressure, work independently and as a part of a team

·         Ability to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitativeand qualitative data.

·         Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, start-up pacedenvironment.

·         Experience working with Sales Organizations

·         High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
