Sr Business Analyst Recruiting:

Salesforce.com is looking for an experienced Systems Business Analyst with an extensive background in building scalable and innovative enterprise applicant tracking systems. This role is within the IT organization and supports the Salesforce.com Recruiting organization as well as Salesforce.com employees.Our ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic and high-growthenvironments and is experienced in managing complex projectsin support of an overall HR philosophy and strategy.

Responsibilities:

·         Work effectively with Employee Success program owners, IT engineering, and the application team to identify, document, and prioritize requirements.

·         Write system requirements for new functionality and makesystem changes focused on the Recruiting functional area.

·         Partner with IT to evaluate how best to use Salesforce.comtechnology to meet evolving business requirements andinformation needs.

·         Ensure solutions promote simplification, accuracy and anincreasingly higher level of productivity for users.

·         Provide functional support during technologyupgrades/implementations and work successfully as a liaisonwith Employee Success, IT, and other partners.

·         Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and execute testingin support of system and user acceptance testing.

·         Test new/modified applications to ensure applications andresults meet end-users needs.

·         Support the implementation of change management activitiesby organizing UAT, authoring communications, creating trainingmaterials, and delivering training.

·         Partner with the support organization to provide training,support and technical assistance to end users.

·         Participate in Agile scrum team, responsible as business analystand central subject matter expert.

·         Support SOX compliance efforts

Required Skills

·         Bachelors Degree, with 3-5 years as an HR Systems Business.

·         Analyst or similar function

·         3+ years information systems experience

·         Certified Salesforce.com Administrator and hands-onexperience with the platform and related technologies

·         Expert knowledge in business process analysis, requirementsand design, data modeling, detailed functional design, testplanning, and UAT execution with an emphasis in theRecruiting, functional area

·         Implementation and support experience with global HR systemsfrom gathering and documenting complex businessrequirements through testing and production rollout.

·         Change management skills including communication, testing,training and business system and process transformation

·         Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directionsquickly when priorities change, think through problems to comeup with innovative solutions and deliver against very tightdeadlines

·         Willing to receive direction and guidance within a teamenvironment, adopt and develop best practices andcircumnavigate obstacles with creative technical solutions

·         Excellent spoken and written communication as well asreceptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas ina clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technicalaudiences

·         Proactive and forward thinking attitude and creative problemsolving ability

·         Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global crossfunctional teams

Desired Skills/Experience:

·         Experience with AGILE development methodology

·         Knowledge of web applications and Workday HCM

·         Experience on Social Recruiting platforms such as Jobvite andLinkedIn
