We need a Data Conversion Lead with the following:

·        60 Months of experience in Health Information Technology

·        36 Months of Experience with large-scale claims payment systems, with special emphasis on data structures and/or database schemas

·        36 Months of Experience with the Title XIX Medicaid Program and/or large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)

·        36 Months of practical, job-related data conversion experience involving databases with more than 1 million records, including development of data conversion specifications

·        24 Months of relevant (IT) supervisory experience (may have included "dotted-line" supervision of contractors or other external staff, so long as candidate had significant control of duties and work products)

·         60 Months of experience identifying and addressing data quality issues (data type redefinitions, context changes, invalid record relationships, etc.)

·        12 Months of Experience with DB2 doing database design, programming, or data conversion preparation

·        24 Months of Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or Cognos doing database design, programming, or data conversion involving these systems

·        36 Months of Experience functioning as lead on major data/systems conversion projects

·        60 Months of Experience of testing complex information systems, including developing and managing conversion data for testing cycles
