Position               : Oracle Apps SCM Functional

Location               : Mountain View, CA

Duration              : 3-6 Months

Experience         : 8-10 Years

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

·         Oracle EBiz functional consultant with 7-8 years' Experience in SCM modules OM, INV, BOM and PO is mandatory.

·         Need to have 2 end to end implementation experience.

·         Work experience in support environment is an advantage

·         Should have worked as Functional Analyst creating specification, design and testing.

·         Perform UAT, identifying and fixing bugs and Project Management

·         Good communication skills and client facing experience required

Oracle SCM Consulting

·         Has industry experience and is able to express Domain Knowledge.

·         Level 2 of SCM with knowledge in Order Management, Contract Management on Basic Setups knowledge on Oracle Transportation Management and Demantra ( Demand Management)

Consulting

·         Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering from customers, understand business need and articulate solutions.

·         Negotiation, Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization.

·         Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination.

·         Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer.

·         Account Mining to generate opportunities.

Oracle Apps SCM Functional

·         Trained in process flows and know 2 core modules ( Ex. Distribution modules INV/OM/PO) Ability to understand screen navigation flow ERP awareness and definitions.

·         Able to express Domain Knowledge Theoretical knowledge combined with some working experience

Oracle Adv Functional

·         Advanced functional expertise in Oracle e-biz product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration.

·         Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities.

·         Ability to train power users, design, develop and troubleshoot applications.

·         Has experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation.

·         Is able to understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or her expertise.

·         Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same, and basic knowledge of process reengineering.

·         Has a understanding of processes core domains (Fin, Mfg, SCM,HCM and CRM).
