Job Description:
•At least five years of relevant systems software engineering experience
•BS/MS in computer science or engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
•Experience with large-scale distributed systems and client-server architectures
•Developing Spring/Java/Maven applications
•Aggressive Refactoring
•High comfort level with Unix
•Social skills
•Object Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture design
•Experience as a Technical Lead on a complex distributed systems project
•Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google App Engine, Hadoop, etc.)
•Pair Programming (Social skills)
•Test Driven Development (TDD)
•Infrastructure Automation (Chef in particular)
•Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit and JBehave in particular)
- Looking for someone who can work independently and strong in Java, restful(web) & Spring 3/2 or Hibernate.
- E-commerce development is Plus
- STRONG experience in writing Java Code is major skill
- Sr. Developers should be able to guide juniors.
- They have 2 weeks Sprint cycle in place so the developers should be able to coordinate with each other and plan the work effectively.
- On a high level they need someone with STRONG java/ J2ee & Spring 3.2 experienced candidates.
