Position: Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte NC
Duration: Long Term

Required skills:
Expertise in healthcare data domains (clinical, claims, billing, etc.)
Expertise working with data in healthcare IT systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, McKesson etc.)
Experience with SQL or other database query technologies in mining data for analysis and sleuth and understand data issues (data quality, confirm customer use of data)
Experience in understanding business requirements and translating that into data analysis
Experience in data mapping (source system to target system mapping)
Experience analyzing data for format, content, relationships, etc. in its raw form before being loaded into database tables
Strong logical, analytical thinking, problem solving skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills – role will have interaction with external customers
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred / Nice to Have 
Exposure to data warehouse architecture and Kimball-style dimensional modeling
Exposure to IBM's healthcare data model
Experience with data profiling tools

Job Title:  Release Engineer

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Bedford, MA (Boston)

 

Roles

Experience – 8+ years

Skills – InstallShield, Package and Release Build skills in Microsoft Environment

 

Description
Position Purpose: Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers. 

• Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements 
• Meet with business partners to understand business needs 
• Responsible for overall design of the solution 
• Design, build and test applications 
• Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality

 

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience. 
3+ years of related experience 
3+ years' experience and knowledge of leading development tools / environments including Java, JSP, Spring, HTML5, Unix shell scripting, XML, Python, Maven, Subversion, and webservices 
IT experience within managed care environment with demonstrated understanding of business processes is preferred 
Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, code management, testing methodologies and release management 
Experience with enterprise commercial packaged software, Oracle 11g and Atlassian JIRA tools is preferred
