• Should have come from software development background
• Understand DevOps concepts such as SCM, Continuous Integration, Configuration Management
• Performed Project/Release Manager role in recent projects
• Ability to work with DevOps engineers, developers and leads to drive and implement DevOps strategy
• Technical ability and willingness to understand any new DevOps concepts
• Client management, status reporting, driving to results, clear communication, collaboration
Must have the below skill set!
Release and Deployment Manager
• Configuration Automation (Chef, Puppet)
• Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Source Control (GIT, SVN)
• DevOps concepts and preferable
