Required Qualifications

• Good sales/customer service experience in wireless telecommunications or related industry
• Prefer candidate with skills in AT&T Mobility tools such as but not limited to:  Premier; Telegence; Phoenix
• Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment and maintain professional demeanor at all times.

• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
