Company Introduction: Tech Field Private Limited, A US based IT Consulting Corporation  Deals in assisting US clients in their technology need and preliminary in their IT Staffing need, Head office in Jersey City, NJ, USA, and India offshore office at C 85, Sector 2, Noida (close to Rajnigandha chowk/DND/Sector 15-16 Metro station, location-Noida Sector 2)

Incentive Plan: Tech-Field offers you almost the best recurring incentive plan (e.g. if you get $10 Margin, you will be offered (Dollar Margin * multiplied by 500) which falls around 5000 INR (TDS Deductions applicable). In case of other companies ,on $10 margin, incentive is given on $8 after deducting $2 applicable as tax , but in our case you get the benefit on whole $10 amount (Only TDS Deducted ) . We do not have any margin & Slab dependent incentive structure therefore per dollar margin earned will directly be multiplied by benefit (INR 500) for each purchase order received either.

·         Good knowledge of tax terms C2C, w2 contract, w2 permanent ,1099,corp2corp, and handled GC/ Citizens/ H1B

·         Giving consistent placements/closures with very less bench time.

·         Keeping in touch with the consultants and make sure they join the client's site.

·         Hands on experience of using Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, Career Builder, etc

·         Negotiating the rate with vendors.

·         Handled the tasks of submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.

·         Building database, Cold calling, Requirement gathering, sharing Requirement with Recruiters, Client Interaction.

·          Responsible for sourcing resumes according to client's requirements
