Location: South Brunswick, NJ 08852

Description:
Solid understanding of HR business processes and SaaS, cloud-based integration development. Experience with HR/Payroll related integrations and interfaces is required (Workday HCM preferred). Experience in implementing and supporting an ERP specifically in the areas of interface design and development is required.
- Workday Certification and experience a plus
- Workday custom integration tool experience (EIB, Document Transformation and Workday Studio)
- Fluency in Web Services standards and technologies ( XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS industry
- Implementation and/or production support experience in any of the Human Resource, Payroll, Talent applications such as Workday or Integration experience with third-party service vendors
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
