This client has decided to bring in a short-term programming consultant that would be used mainly as a knowledge transfer consultant, but will also be put to use in a programming fashion. This person will need to show examples of how things are done, so they need to be the expert. Below are a list of "keywords" that will be important for the consultant to possess: Show examples of how things are done.
Note: They are expecting WPF and XAML skills to translate from Desktop to Web (Silverlight) to Apps (Windows Store).  
They have a UI component and a basic programming component. Need someone to help with design, writing code, making the design come true by creating code from a flow chart.  Creating the user input screens using the tools below.
 
Primary "requirements"
•           Trainer or teacher type of mentality
•           WPF
•           XAML
•           Responsive Design
•           Touch-based
•           Windows Store Apps (for multiple sizes of tablets and for Windows Phone)
•           Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or some way to position ourselves so we can reuse the bulk of the services across multiple platforms like iOS and Android if we can get to it.
 
Nice-to-have's
•           Animation/Transition
•           Silverlight (for more of the Rich Internet Application – RIA – style)
•           Prism 5.0 framework for composite applications (modular, evolving, interchangeable code instead of monolithic code)
•           Enterprise Library
•           Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
•           Workflow Foundation (WF)
 
Additional key words:
•           Blend (or Visual Studio Blend). Visual Studio by itself is passable at creating the XAML.  Blend is the tool exclusively for the XAML.
