- Prior experience as Workday testing Lead
- Good Experience partnering with a software vendor as a Test Lead
- Experience with onshore/offshore execution of testing
- Experience with the coordination of Performance, Load and Stress Testing
- Extensive Experience with working with Test Data
- Experience with Quick Test Professional test scripts
- Experience developing and implementing testing automation
- Experience with HP Performance Center, and HP Unified Functional Test
