BODS Developer

Duration: 1 month

Location: Milpitas, CA.

 

I am looking for a resource to set up data transfer from our Service Now Cloud instance to our HANA data mart using Business Objects Data Services (version 4.2).

Data transfer should be periodic and be able to bring over incremental changes.

The set up will need to be done from Service Now Dev, QA and Prod. instances to HANA Sandbox, Dev, QA and Prod. instances respectively.

The approach would be to use ServiceNow's web-service APIs to get data from the relevant tables and update HANA using ODBC connectivity.

The set up needs to be documented and Client resource needs to be trained.

 

The ServiceNow tables that I am interested in are as follows:

 

incident

sc_task

change_request

task_sla

task_survey

survey_response

survey_instance

 

The last three tables can potentially be replaced with a ServiceNow view called task_survey_detail.

 

Please let me know if you have a resource with this skillset.
