Short Summary:
EXPERIENCE: 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation and support in a global enterprise environment; extensive experience with IT infrastructure technology inclusive of Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN, Vmware, Windows 2003/2008 and higher, Linux, Apache, MS SQL/MySQL, SAN (EMC, NetApp), server hardware (Cisco UCS, IBM, HP), MS SCCM/WSUS, Active Directory 2003/2008, and MS Exchange 2007 or higher;
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
1. Working knowledge of current IT infrastructure technology
2. Working knowledge of IT project plan development and implementation
3. Working knowledge of development and maintenance of system design documentation
4. Working knowledge of implementation and support of global IT hosting infrastructure
5. Skills in tier support and IT problem resolution
6. Evaluate current infrastructure technology; conduct research, recommend and implement innovative infrastructure technology that enhances reliability, security, productivity and efficiency of the IT hosting infrastructure
7. Ability to manage network monitoring and management solutions
8. Ability to understand new technologies, environment, processes and procedures
9. Well versed with rapidly changing environment
10. Understand the third and fourth tier support for the efficient resolution of IT infrastructure related incidents, service requests and update service desk management systems
11. Design technical standards for IT infrastructure
Infrastructure Architect:
Location: Secaucus, NJ
Duration: 1 Year
Short Summary:
1. Strong background in managing complex IT infrastructure setup.
2. Understand the challenges of hosting complex systems on distributed/multi-tier architecture.
3. Overall knowledge of Microsoft/Linux/Oracle/Cloud and Open source technologies, and can guide and monitor solution design and build up.
4. Strong capacity to conceptualize, to synthetize requirements and document architecture blueprints.
5. Have an ITIL foundation certification and strong Service Management experience is Big Plus
