Must Have Skills:
 Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and enhancing Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications in a Production setting (v11.1+).
 Minimum 5 years of experience using Planning/Essbase to administer the annual budget, periodic LE, and Long-Range Forecast processes in a Production setting.
5+ years Hyperion Planning and Essbase administration experience. Very strong preference for experience administering v11.1+.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent project planning and resource coordination experience.
Excellent documentation skills required.
Must be comfortable interacting with management of all levels.
Able to participate in project work as both a SME and performer.
•Microsoft Office expertise, especially with Excel.
•Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
•Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning experience.
•Experience with system governance to include both establishing policy and enforcing.

Nice to have skills:
Hyperion Financial Management v11.1+.
HPCM v11.1+.
Hyperion FDMEE v11.1.2.3+.
Hyperion DRM v11.1+.
OBIEE Administration/Development (OFMA)
UPK Development
Six Sigma quality management tools and methods
GAAP accounting standards
Oracle JD Edwards v9.0+
HP PPM Project Management
Microsoft Project & Visio
