Role: ILOG Jrules Technical Lead
Duration: 4 to 6 months.
Location: Frisco TX,
Required Technical Skill Set: BRMS Experience (ILOG Jrules or ODM)
Desired Experience Range: 5+ years with atleast 3 BRMS project execution experience
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
• Able to lead the team in
BRMS project technically
Work allocation and monitoring the work
Conduct code review for BRMS code written by the dev team
Help the team defining the solution/deployment architecture
Define the integration startegy
Define the testing strategy
Get involved in play back sessions with the customer along with the dev team
Should be one point contact from BRMS team perspective
• Able to create BOM, XOM and B2X artifacts in Rule Designer
- Able to appropriately use rule overrides, rule dynamic selection, rule design time selection
- Able to effectively utilize input/output parameters and variable sets
- Able to create rule flows, rule tasks and determine the appropriate algorithms to be used for each task.
- Able to implement dynamic domains
- Proficiency in BAL
- Understanding of IRL
- Proficiency in JAVA and OO concepts
- Able to use rule functions
- Able to define effective project dependencies
- Able to utilize DVS for testing and simulation
- Able to create KPIs for testing and simulation
• Sound understanding and hands-on experience around business rules, internal/external services & scripts, data mapping, defining variables types, develop UIs (out of the box as well as custom UIs functionality), error handling and tracking points.
Good-to-Have Jscript, SQL/Oracle experience, integrating rules repository with exeternal applications
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Understand business requirements and coordinate with business to develop business rules and deploy the same
Build necessary integrations
Coordinate with users on playbacks/testing/uat
Lead the team technically
Identify the risks upfront and come up with mitigation plan
