Basic Qualifications:

Functional

• Channels (Branches, ATM's, Etc...)experience
• An excitement for creating and being creative technically
• A keen interest in business process
• Enthusiasm for unearthing answers within legacy code
• Object-oriented development experience (Java, .Net, etc.)
• Experience working with contemporary web based software architectures and technologies
• An aptitude for working with end users and understanding their requirements
• Strong sense of ownership and pride for excellent work
• Good knowledge of SQL, Transaction Processing and UI Design

Technical

• SQL - 2-3 years of experience
• Eclipse - or any other similar development Environments as for example Net Beans
• .NET experience 2-3 years' experience - Version 4.0 or higher
• Other JAVA (HTML, XML, JavaScript - 2-3 years of experience
• OOP/OOD Design Patterns - 2-3 years of experience
