Role : Tibco Administration
Location : West Chester PA
Duration : Long term

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• · Assist with designing, building, testing, tuning and implementing highly available TIBCO infrastructure components.
• · Install and configure TIBCO software components in a Virtualized Environment.
• · Identify and collect appropriate metrics to maintain availability and performance requirements.
• · Resolves technical incidents, and provides root cause analysis, recommending prevention of future occurrences,  providing descriptive and timely updates.
• · Verify adequate capacity exists to meet anticipated workload requirements, make recommendations to improve the environment as necessary.
• · Create and edit documentation for the TIBCO environment
• · Create and implement HAWK rule bases for alerting and proactive problem resolution
• · Participate on projects, work with a project team and proactively communicate status to the project manager.
• · Shares knowledge and mentors staff members

 

Specific Job Knowledge

• · Administration, configuration, and support of TIBCO Active Matrix Services Gateway &  API Exchange Gateway
• · Administration, configuration, and support of TIBCO Business Connect
• · Administration, configuration, and support of TIBCO Business Works , TIBCO EMS &  TIBCO adapters
• · Strong knowledge of Virtualization Technologies, UNIX, Red Hat Linux, Messaging technologies, and scripting/programming.
