Duration: 6-12+ Months

Job Description:

·  JD Edwards Senior Consultant, Functional, Inventory SME

·  3+ years of experience with requirements and configuration of JDE EnterpriseOne 9.1

·  Good understanding of related modules (Procurement, Accounting, Sales, Manufacturing).

·  Experience with Manufacturing module (Plus).

·  Strong analytical skills.

·  SQL or comparable database query tool.

·  Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.

·  Good written and oral communication skills, including development of project documentation, presentation materials, and status reporting.

·  Ability to understand the users' requirements and communicate them in an appropriate manner to development personnel.

·  Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (i.e. process flow definition, data flow diagramming, etc.).

·  Demonstrated ability to create plans and timelines using management tools such as MS Project.

·  Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT personnel.

·  Ability to lead effective meetings that are tailored to the audience.

Summary: The JD Edwards Distribution SME supports the business units by participating in a functional capacity in all phases of the Project Life Cycle, including post-production support and ongoing maintenance. They would also participate in business process re-engineering activities and serves as functional liaison to the user community.
