Position 1:

Title: Java Desktop & Web Application Developer
Location: Novi and Ann Arbor, MI
Start Date: ASAP
Term: 6 months and beyond if qualified
Contract Type: Long Term Contract or Contract to Hire

Interview mode: Face to face / NO Skype

I need a senior or semi-senior level developer.

Skills required:

• Web Application
  
• Desktop App
  
• JSP
  
• AJAX
  
• Swing

"This project requires to modify current desktop application and run in on web server'.
I believe Ajax Swing can let you do that".

Position 2:

Job Title: Entry Level JAVA Developer

Location:  Novi, MI or Southfield, MI

Contract Type: Long Term Contract or Contract to Hire

Interview mode: Face to face

position:

• Interact with user groups to finalize user requirements
  
• Design GUI and create application mockups
  
• Be able to complete development with minimal supervision by a System
  
• Engineer and with limited system design
  
• Code and test developed modules
  

Required:

• Strong general knowledge of computer programming
  
• Knowledge of Java/JSP/Java Framework or .NET
  
• Knowledge of SQL language and relational database design
  
• Strong tendency towards self-learning
  

Optional: 

• 1+ year of web development experience with any programming language
  
• 1+ year of documentation of user requirements
  
• Prior experience in automotive a plus
  
• Japanese language skills not required, but a plus
  

Position 3:

Role: Lead JAVA Developer

Location:  Novi, MI or Southfield, MI

Contract Type: Long Term Contract or Contract to Hire

Interview mode: Face to face

• Interact with the user group to finalize user requirements
  
• Design GUI and create the application mockup
  
• Design application architecture in module property/method level
  
• Develop core modules
  
• Lead in-house & remote developer teams to develop web-based business
  
• applications
  
• Plan/architect module level testing & integration testing
  

Experience Required:

• 4+ years of web development experience with any programming language
  
• 3+ years of web development experience with Java Frameworks
  
• Knowledge of Java AWT or Swing development
  
• 1+ years documentation of user requirements
  
• 1+ years documentation of detailed software specs
  
• Experience leading a development team
  

Other skills:   

• Prior experience in automotive a plus
  
• Japanese language skills not required, but a plus
