Position: UNIX/Linux Engineer
Locations: NY and Newport Beach, CA
Duration: Long term role 6 months+ (Can extend up to 18 months)

Required Skills :
•In-depth and hands-on experience in UNIX/Linux (Red Hat)
•Strong scripting and system automation (Autosys)
•Working knowledge of enterprise system architecture and high availability
•System capacity planning and performance tuning
•High performance grid technology (IBM Symphony) a plus
•Strong knowledge of Network Attached Storage (NetApp), block storage SAN (Hitachi), server virtualization (VMware), and Oracle Exadata is preferred
•Middleware knowledge: WebSphere MQ, AMPS
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•ability and willingness to work across different groups
•Will be work on Staff Augmentation and Private Cloud initiatives
