Skills | Requirements:
ü Experience > than 7 years. ü Strong Workflow management (business process management) and Java professional with experience in IBM's BPM ( Business Process Manager v7.5 / 8.x ) ü Experience in Content management with tools like IBM's FileNet P8 and legacy Image Manager. ü Prior experience with implementing workflow technologies in an enterprise environment ; ü Working with diverse teams (technology & Business) in different geographical locations. ü Demonstrate strong communication skills and business acumen. ü Prior BA experience would be a plus. ü Development and Support of Applications
Critical Software skills : • IBM's BPM ( Business Process Manager v7.5 / 8.x )
Developer skills preferred: • IBM's FileNet P8 and legacy Image Manager • Java/J2EE • WebSphere • HTML, XML, XSLT, Java Script • Oracle/DB2/SQL • LDAP/ADAM • MQ • IBM's Rational Team Concert • Solaris, Unix and Shell Scripting • WebSphere • TCP/IP, HTTP, POP, SMTP, SMPP • DNS, LDAP, MQ, NDM, SFTP, Telnet • Experience with financial business processes associated with customer due diligence, credit application process and customer and product onboarding |
