I have an urgent need with one of our Direct Client State Of Texas- in Austin, TX need IBM Rational Consultant with IBM Rational UCM ClearCase, ClearQuest, and Requisite Pro tools Experience. It's for a 6+ months project and gets extended every year, Please go through the requirement and reply back with your updated resume.
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Perform advanced administration, architecting, upgrading and configuration of IBM Rational UCM ClearCase, ClearQuest, and Requisite Pro tools and provide all levels of support and resolution of the tools to all users;
· Ensure the Rational servers (license and application) are available, monitored, patched and updated;
· Ensure the backup, recovery and disaster/recovery of the ClearCase VOB server;
· Write ClearCase triggers and ClearGuest hooks to Implement development policies and processes;
· Provision and de-provision user accounts in the tools and provide knowledge transfer and training.
Minimum Requirements:
| Years | Skills/Experience |
| 8 | Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues relating to the IBM Rational tools. Understand the Software Development Lifecycle, Software Configuration Management and how the tools fit in it. |
| 8 | Hands-on experience supporting UCM ClearCase, ClearQuest and Requisite in a software development environment. |
| 8 | Hands-on experience in administering, architecting, configuring, upgrading, and supporting UCM ClearCase, ClearQuest and Requisite Pro in Windows and Unix environment. |
| 8 | Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to UCM ClearCase, ClearQuest and Requisite Pro. |
| 8 | Supporting and training end users of UCM ClearCase, ClearQuest and Requisite Pro on all levels. |
| 8 | Hands-on experience with server administration, hardware, backup, recovery and disaster/recovery of UCM ClearCase VOBs servers, web server and license servers. |
| Strong | Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. |
| Strong | Strong oral and written communication, including technical writing skills. |
| Strong | Strong multi-tasking skills involving the specific ability to work on multiple projects or project assignments. |
