Maintain and administrator Filenet Application. Perform routine system checks and maintenance of FileNet and its dependent applications. Perform system upgrades and patching as appropriate. Assist with routine systems checks and maintenance of Kofax Applications. The Filenet Admin/developer position involves administration, developing Filenet API’s for uploading and downloading data/objects from Filenet. This person will need to work with agency contacts and resolve issues and provide training as needed, will also need to work with DBA's and server infrastructure teams to monitor performance and data backup activities. IBM P8 Certifications are a plus.
Skills Needed
Designed / Implemented FileNet Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solution Required 8 Years
Experienced as a FileNet P8 system administrator (4.x,5.x) Required 8 Years
Able to produce Requirements, Design and Test Documentation Required 8 Years
Able to develop reports from FileNet and produce stats. Ability to write SQL queries, scripts. Required 5 Years
Experience designing and implementing Objects in Filenet. Experienced in creating object stores, document classes, security policies, custom objects, Required 8 Years
Experience designing and implementing Filenet (CE/PE) API's . Required 5 Years
Experienced developing in J2EE Application and Web Services Desired 5 Years
Experience with system configuration and capacity planning Required 6 Years
Comfortable training others and providing knowledge transfer Required 6 Years
Experienced with KoFax Capture Software and KTM Highly desired 5 Years
Knowledge of Websphere Application Server 7.x, 8.5 (Installing, configuring) Highly desired 5 Years
