Position:  Customer Analytics Lead
Location:  Torrance, CA
Duration: 12+ Months
 
Client: TCS

Required:-
6+ years of experience is required
Work with the Customer team on specific projects/requirements pertaining to data management and analytics
Individual will perform a broad range of quantitative and exploratory analysis to support the customer as well as product/loan dimension (example: customer relationship management, attrition, customer satisfaction, vehicle valuation, equity calculation, payment scenario calculations applied to contracts in portfolio etc.)
Indicative work streams include: Building and maintaining a repeatable processes for gathering data and building outputs that can be packaged into dashboards/web tools; automating the extraction of data from multiple excel files and loading them into DB table; and calculating cost to serve by marrying OPEX data with CRM data).
Extensive hands-on experience in SQL, R/SAS, Unix/Linux tools (Bash, Python, etc), Excel, and Powerpoint

Education Qualification: Masters in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research or other quantitative field
