Position: Java Developer with Production Support exp
Location: Alpharetta, GA or Warren, NJ
Duration: 12+ months
Interview: F2F
Job Description:
Primary Skills: DB, MQ, mail services, Troubleshooting
- WebSphere installation and configuration
- Familiar with clusters, nodes and deployment configurations
- Familiar with MQ installation and configurations with setup of failover
- Configure and design Java environments to support java based applications
- Support application deployments, load testing, troubleshooting production and lower environments
- Automate daily tasks using scripts
- Participate and represent the team on project meetings and help with Infra/Architecture requirements
- Work on trouble tickets on a daily basis, analyzing the issue raised by Customers
- Provide level 1 troubleshooting for IVR & CTI application related issues
- 24x7 IVR & CTI application production support
- On-Call rotation primary/secondary support once in 3 to 4 weeks
- Troubleshoot application flows and customer interactions in the system
