Job description:
understands Oracle databases and DB architecture. We are looking for someone who is creative, logical, and systematic when it comes to analyzing and solving problems. This person would create data models and design diagrams and own the data transfer process for multiple applications. The ideal candidate would write APIs and ETL processes within data warehouses.
1 – What project is this person working on?[HS - ] This person will not be working on one project specifically but will be cross trained on everything we do.
2 -What are the "must have" skills? Top 3 Non-negotiable?[HS - ] Strong PL/SQL, dynamic SQL, advanced use of analytical functions. Can communicate and discuss requirements with an account team or a BSA, not afraid to ask questions.
3 - Anything that would be "good to have"; desirable skills but not hard requirements?[HS - ] BI experience with tools such as Crystal reports, Business Objects, Tableau. DBA skills such as performance tuning. Marketing, email, CRM background. Managerial experience is a plus.
